Transferring to Tamarama from another club requires you to fill in a SLSA Clearance/Transfer form and a Membership application form. The Clearance/Transfer form is attached below and contains complete instructions on how to perform the transfer, it is also available from the NSW SLSA web site.
Once you have filled in both forms send them through the the club secretary who will progress your application.
